Gassner Treuhand was founded 1997 and deals with all matters of company law mainly in Liechtenstein. We give personal advice to our clients depending on their particular needs. Our priority lies in the interest of our clients. We form and administer Liechtenstein off-shore companies for our clients, esp. foundations, establishments and companies limited as well as commercially active companies, which need an official Liechtenstein permission for their activities. The two members of the board of our firm are also attorneys-at-law and may also give advice to our clients in all legal matters. Our office is located in the centre of Schaan, therefore outside of the well-known main village Vaduz and only about 1 km from the exit of the highway. A big parking is also available. |
